Contract: 1-Year W2 Contract
Location: Beaverton, OR 97005, United States
Pay Range: $20-24.65 /hour (Based on YOE)
Responsibilities:
- Perform office functions such as file maintenance, call handling, meeting coordination, and mail management.
- Review documents for grammatical accuracy and answer queries on office operations.
- Compile information for supervisor's assignments, prepare expense reports, and manage office supplies.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, manage calendars, and handle venue, catering, and materials delivery.
- Create high-quality presentations, interpret needs, and organize final documents.
- Support 3 Senior Directors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Directly supported high level leaders in an organization.
- Requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 1 year directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associates degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs.
