The Warehouse Manager is responsible for ensuring accuracy of all receiving documents, organization of all raw materials and must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. This position requires an exceptional attention to detail, the ability to effectively manage and lead a team and has strong English reading and writing skills.

Work Requirements:

· Maintain safety requirements, wearing proper PPE

· Ability to safely lift and carry materials and boxes up to 50 pounds

· Ensure all materials are received, counted, inspected and sign shipping document.

· Organize the warehouse to maximize our available space

· Keep warehouse areas clean

· Enter packing slips into inventory system

· Effectively manage the receiving team and material handlers

· Label all incoming materials with our information and insure they are stored in correct location

· Forklift certification required

· Initiative to ask questions when help is genuinely required

· Advise Purchasing Manager of any inaccuracies or discrepancies with orders.

· Communicate with the purchasing team when inventory items are at low volumes

· Team collaboration and respect of others

· Willingness to be cross-trained for other functions as needed

· Other duties as assigned
