Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY

The Warehouse Associate Level II position is integral to the operational efficiency of our facility, focusing on various distribution tasks including maintenance of the premises, packaging, material handling, shipping, receiving, inventory audits, and the operation of light manufacturing equipment.

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute assigned tasks within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Organize delivery routes and manage daily logistics.
  • Accurately place materials in designated inventory locations.
  • Utilize warehouse equipment such as ladders, pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts, and packaging machinery.
  • Rotate stock as required.
  • Pick materials to fulfill order requirements.
  • Handle shipments of small parcels or less-than-truckload (LTL) deliveries.
  • Physically unload and receive shipments of various sizes.
  • Conduct building and grounds maintenance as necessary.
  • Perform regular inventory counts as directed by the Warehouse Team Lead.
  • Deliver customer products locally three times a week and assist in warehouse operations on other days.
  • Package and label shipments and materials.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with ERP, Transportation Management, or Shipping Software is preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Prior experience in distribution or warehouse settings is essential.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Forklift Certification is preferred.
  • A valid driver/operator license is mandatory.
  • Must be insurable.
  • Ability to consistently lift up to 60 lbs. from floor to chest level.
  • Capability to stand, walk, and work in a warehouse environment for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with computers and electronic equipment is required.
