Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product information, specifications, and pricing to customers. Answer customer inquiries and address their concerns or issues.
Assist in the preparation of quotes and proposals. Process sales orders. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with their purchases. Gather feedback and relay it to the management team for continuous improvement.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, including pricing, discounts, and return policies.

To excel in the role of Inside Sales Manager ,you should possess strong communication skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
