Our center places a strong emphasis on social/emotional development and utilizes the Pyramid Model framework to guide teaching and interactions. We are a Pyramid Model Implementation site through the Wisconsin Alliance for Infant Mental Health. We are also a 5-Star Accredited Program through the City of Madison Child Care Accreditation.

Teacher responsibilities include learning plans, observations, assessments, and building relationships with the children and their families.

Applicants MUST be available Monday through Friday 6:30am - 5:30pm.  Typical schedule will consist of 4-10 hour days.

Preference to candidates with an Associate Degree or higher in ECE or related field. Completion of Pyramid Model Training a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
