High end custom cabinetry company is looking for a Project Coordinator/Front Office person. This position requires a strong, confident person to work with our Project Managers. Must be able to prioritize and multi-task while having many deadlines. Attention to detail and proactivity is critical. Experience with MS Office, Excel, and Outlook and ability to type at least 50 wpm a must. This position will be downloading, storing, printing, organizing project plans daily, typing estimates and maintaining filing systems. Also Asst. to the Office Manager.
Office hours 8:00am - 5:00pm (some overtime may be required). Construction industry knowledge very helpful. We offer medical and dental insurance, 401k retirement program, vacation and holiday time. Must have reliable transportation to run short errands.
Some job responsibilities: front office receptionist, daily organization of bid invitations, maintain bid-log, keep PM's informed of bids due daily, request samples from vendors, label and ship samples to contractors, document filing, inventory office supplies. Ability to life up to 25lbs.
