We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

* Able to adapt easily to changes in processes, takes pride in attention to detail and connect with others in a warm and friendly manner

* Organize and track data efficiently and proactively track and send reminders

* Be professional when running to client offices for pick ups and deliveries

* Light HR/payroll duties

* Help keep all office systems and duties run effectively- work with vendors as needed

* Cross train with some medical billing duties for office coverage when needed

* Bring exciting technologies to the office to help create the best work environment possible

* Work side by side with the CEO learning and assisting in all facets of the business

Qualifications:

 

  • Excellent/professional communication skills (written and verbal) to facilitate discussions with all internal departments in a diplomatic and constructive manner and to support client relations

  • •Strong organization and problem-solving skills

  • Technically savvy with strong computer skills

  • Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Docs)

  • Positive, friendly and supportive attitude

  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, adherence to company policies, programs and work rule

  • Highly motivated, self-directed and results driven
