Shifts:
  • Tuesday - Thursday: 11am - 5pm
  • Fridays & Saturdays: 11am - 6pm
**Additional paid hours for events as needed

Sales & Events Manager Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver unparalleled customer service and create unforgettable tasting experiences for winery visitors
  • Cultivate and nurture our wine club membership
  • Forge strong partnerships with local tour guides to enhance visitor engagement and experiences
  • Collaborate on the creation and execution of captivating marketing materials
  • Provide support to the DTC Team, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures
  • Manage all aspects of tour and tasting reservations with precision, including phone inquiries, appointment confirmations, and personalized concierge services
  • Efficiently handle web-based reservations to optimize scheduling and customer satisfaction
  • Actively contribute to special projects and willingly undertake additional responsibilities as needed


Sales & Events Manager Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates proficiency in sales, hospitality, and customer service
  • Previous experience in wine-related sales is advantageous, but candidates from the hotel or restaurant industry will also be considered
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all endeavors
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to excel in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience with the Orderport point of sale and customer relationship management platform is a plus
