Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking an organized senior Administrative Assistant to support their retail leadership.

Pay: $40-45/hr DOE
1 year contract with potential to extend or convert
Hybrid: 3 day on site/week
Location: Cupertino, CA 95014

Description

  • Support and assist 2 Senior leaders and their teams with administrative tasks and scheduling.
  • Partner closely with leadership, building rapport and helping the team to run efficiently.
  • Proactive calendar management using Apple Calendar and requires mastery of manipulating daily calendars, resilience, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Coordinate regularly with other Executives’ schedules and Admins, across org as well as our chief of staff.
  • Develop a good sense of priorities and leadership needs and be able to proactively anticipate scheduling accordingly.
  • Balance and prioritize a wide range of projects and tasks simultaneously while working in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness.
  • Submit or manage expense reports and book travel as needed

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency with Apple Calendar, Apple Mail, Apple Keynote, Quip, Slack, and other office systems
  • 5+ years administrative experience supporting senior leadership
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Excellent negotiation skills and comfortable with pushing back
  • Experienced at booking complicated international/domestic travel
