We are seeking a friendly and efficient Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, and supporting the smooth operation of our quick service fast food restaurant. If you have experience in the food industry, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable with retail math, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:

- Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take orders and handle cash and credit transactions using our POS system.
- Prepare food and drinks according to our recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and sweeping and mopping floors.
- Support the kitchen team by expediting food preparation and ensuring orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Organize inventory
- Restock supplies and merchandise as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Upsell and promote menu items and special deals to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including sanitizing equipment and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food industry practices and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency with a POS system, specifically the Aloha POS system.
- Basic knowledge of retail math and inventory management.
- Ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies as needed.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience working in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar setting is a plus.
