We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk for our medical equipment client based in Santa Fe Springs, CA. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, including verifying accuracy, coding expenses to appropriate accounts, and obtaining necessary approvals
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • 3- way invoice matching
  • Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing accruals and reconciling accounts
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any invoice or payment-related inquiries

Skills

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • accounts payable experience 3+ years
  • Proficient in using accounting software such as Workday, Ceridian, or similar systems
