Responsibilities:
Client Service:
  • Frontline Ambassador: Be the friendly face (or voice) that greets clients and their furry companions.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointments, ensuring smooth flow and minimal wait times.
  • Client Education: Educate pet owners on preventive care, treatment options, and wellness plans.
  • Billing and Payments: Handle financial transactions with finesse and empathy.
  • Complaint Resolution: Turn frowns upside down by addressing concerns and finding solutions.
Veterinary Assistance:
  • Patient Care: Assist veterinarians during exams, surgeries, and procedures.
  • Laboratory Duties: Collect samples, run tests, and maintain accurate records.
  • Radiology and Imaging: Position pets for X-rays and other diagnostic imaging.
  • Surgical Support: Prep surgical suites, monitor anesthesia, and assist during surgeries.
  • Pharmacy Management: Dispense medications and educate clients on administration.
  • Animal Handling: Comfort and restrain patients during treatments.
Community Engagement:
  • Client Follow-Up: Check in on patients post-treatment and address any concerns.
