Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing office operations, providing administrative support, customer relations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to staff, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing files.
Assist with human resources tasks, such as on boarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and processing payroll.
Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Handle financial tasks, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication, including answering phones, responding to emails and texts.
Input data into databases, maintain accurate records, and generate reports as needed.
Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and regulations.
Monitor and replenish office supplies.
Provide support to colleagues and team members as needed, handle customer escalations.
Assist with company meetings and gatherings.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with basic IT support and knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
Familiarity with human resources and financial processes is a plus.
