We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented FT Bookkeeper to join WPB organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and exceptional organizational skills. This is an in-office position. 

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate financial records for multiple properties, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

2. Process invoices, rent payments, and other financial transactions in a timely manner.

3. Prepare monthly financial reports for property owners, detailing income, expenses, and any outstanding balances.

4. Assist with budgeting and forecasting for property maintenance and improvement projects.

5. Communicate regularly with property managers and vendors to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial information.

6. Collaborate with the property management team to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

7. Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices relevant to property management.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a bookkeeper or accountant.

2. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.

4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
