We are looking for a rockstar lead developer passionate about the future of applications and data at scale. You will need 3-5 years of experience as a Development Lead/Manager or Software Architect to be successful in this position. You will also need full-stack experience using .NET Core, Entity Framework, RESTful APIs, and ReactJS. You need to be a “doer”, hands-on, and very self-motivated.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of 6 full-stack developers.
  • Be a “hands-on” contributor, with 60% of your time writing code.
  • Be the go-to expert on software patterns and design principals.
  • Conduct code reviews and architectural discussions.
  • Coach software engineers on code quality and other industry best practices.
  • Forge a strong partnership with product management and other key areas of the business.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Solid software development background with 6+ years of professional experience and a strong foundation in object-oriented programming and architecture patterns.
  • Deep hands-on experience with ALL of our stack (ReactJS, Redux, ASP.NET Core, EF Core).
  • Demonstrated SDLC management experience including planning, estimation, execution, issue/risk management and resource
  • management/allocation.
  • Experience architecting technical solutions for complex problems and delivering them to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience across all phases of the SDLC and Agile software development practices.
  • Enthusiastic about coaching and mentoring others to help them develop their careers.
  • Ability to become a trusted advisor by building relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A passion for customer success and team collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to raise the bar.
  • A growth mindset with a drive for personal and professional development.

What to expect in the interview process?

Expect to show off your talents and skills. After an initial technical screen, the 2nd round interview will consist of a “let’s code together” session where you will be given a short, full-stack development scenario using ReactJS and .NET Core.
