Job Title: Software Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Lead to join our team at Inspyr Solutions. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for leading the development of software applications and ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of software applications using recent versions of Angular, C#,.Net Core, Entity Framework, Web APIs, and MS SQL Server.
  • Design and implement cross-functional software applications, including offline capabilities for mobile apps.
  • Mentor less experienced developers and provide technical leadership to ensure the success of large-scale development projects.
  • Direct and monitor the work of other engineers, including involvement in design and milestone reviews.
  • Conceive, propose, and sell new ideas and products in the engineering organization and guide their implementation to a final product.
  • Provide technical direction in the area of specialty on major products and contribute to value creation.
  • Ability to multitask in a highly dynamic environment with a willingness to go the extra mile.
Requirements:
  • Strong hands-on experience with C#,.Net Core, Entity Framework, Web APIs, and MS SQL Server.
  • Devops process including CI/CD pipelines and containerization using Docker.
  • AKS.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for supporting cloud-native and on-prem applications.
  • Hands-on experience in architecting and developing enterprise-level software applications on Azure cloud.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts on Azure.
  • Good understanding of using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
  • Strong proponent of Agile methodologies for software development with a desire to coach other team members.
  • Understand the domain for which the application is designed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of related experience or 11 years of software development experience.
  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or similar discipline.
  • Preferred: Completion of a master's in Computer Science or similar discipline.
