Customer Information Management Specialist

What we're looking for: We are seeking a motivated professional responsible for performing a variety of detailed administrative tasks, including data entry and processing payments. The Customer Information Management Specialist will provide data entry services for various projects, ensure the integrity of our Association Management Software (AMS) records and strive for accuracy and efficiency in the management of information.

What you'll do:
- Assist in maintaining the accuracy of the database records (conformity with RSNA Data Entry Standards) via entry of new customer records, updating and formatting name, address, contact information, and identifying and reducing duplicate records in the AMS.
- Process cash receipts including membership dues and journals, subscriptions, R&E contributions, technical exhibits, advertising, course and various meeting registrations, and all other miscellaneous receivables as directed.
- Enter membership applications into the AMS as directed and process attached payments.
- Enter orders including meeting registrations, membership dues and journals, R&E contributions, and all other miscellaneous charges as directed.
- Maintain committee data including membership, nominations, positions, activity, and events.
- Upload and index documents for digital storage, ensuring document integrity.
- Provide timely customer support to all internal inquiries and external inquiries from members, subscribers, meeting registrants, and non-members via phone calls, voicemail and email, keeping within the 24-hour guideline.
- Enter data from various survey and program evaluation projects.
- On-site participation at the RSNA Annual Meeting.
- Perform other operational duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
- Speed, accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
- Great interpersonal communication, including phone etiquette and verbal and written communications
- Highly organized, with aptitude to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Capacity to work independently and support team effort
- Demonstrates ability to take personal responsibility for assigned projects and work as a productive team member
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with data entry/management using Personify or similar AMS is strongly desired
- Willingness to seek further training
- Experience in a membership related position and/or communications preferred
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
