Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead the marketing team, providing direction, mentoring, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

2. Customer Acquisition and Retention:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

3. Brand Management:

  • Oversee the development and execution of branding initiatives to strengthen our market position.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

4. Digital & Performance Marketing:

  • Drive digital & performance marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media (paid and organic), and content marketing.
  • Optimize the company’s online presence and enhance website user experience 

5. Performance Measurement:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and their profitability. 
  • Regularly review and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • In order to accomplish the above mentioned performance measurement, this position requires to have a close understanding of current operations, traveling to each city when needed.

6. Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand our reach and enhance our offerings.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives.

7. Budget Management

  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. 
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Well developed negotiation skills to deal with current and potential product and service providers.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive informed decision-making. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
