Are you looking to gain in-person marketing and graphics experience? Fabrication Enterprises Inc, the leading manufacturer and distributor of occupational therapy and rehabilitation products, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the team. Supporting the Marketing Manager, you’ll be involved in various marketing capacities, including:

  • Producing marketing assets, sell sheets and supporting our catalog team
  • Supporting our Ecommerce team with enhanced image content
  • Generating collateral materials for social media and other channels
  • Taking steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of FEI
  • Support the photography team by coordinating photo shoots and editing

Responsibilities:

  • Writing copy for use in the catalog, sell sheets, packaging, website, social media and video
  • Managing the life cycle of marketing and graphics projects using project management software (Asana) and providing status updates to other staff
  • Contributing to FEI’s internet presence with blogging, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and our corporate website FabEnt.com
  • Produce content to support our Ecommerce efforts
  • Using our email marketing programs
  • Working closely with internal and external personnel from a variety of departments
  • Implementing marketing and branding objectives as directed by the Marketing Manager

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Writing skills / ability to utilize AI programs to support writing
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with social media applications, and ability to research and apply new social media
  • Can work independently or as part of a team, and able to take ownership of projects
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
