Stallard & Associates is now accepting resumes for our job opening for corporate office Administrator. The office Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position has multiple duties and is the liaison between various departments. If you like a variety of tasks to perform, this is the job for you. A typical day would include assisting & interacting with our various departments, assisting with payables, bank reconciliations, interacting with our team & Vendors, ordering office supplies, staff onboarding, and light computer/IT support. The position requires you to work at our corporate office located at 2425 N. Meridian Street in Indy.

We are seeking a person with high integrity and who is very trustworthy with excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills.

Job Duties & traits are:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and staff.
  • Serve as a liaison between various departments within the organization.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency in office operations.
  • Assist in maintaining our clients records
  • Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and expenses.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support bi-weekly onboarding activities, including scheduling and attending onboarding sessions and coordinating staff equipment assignments
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing & ordering office supplies & equipment.
  • Assist with maintaining the computer information.
  • Ability to take initiative and be proactive
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask and prioritize
  • A can-do attitude, always willing to go the extra mile
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
