We are seeking an Activity Coordinator to become an integral part of our team You will take charge of implementing the vision, mission, and core values of Optimum Care. Activity Leader will be responsible for creating activity calendars; ensuring clients (and staff) are being active toward desired/ identified outcomes. 

Responsibilities:

  • Create activity calendars; and alternate methods to participate in conjunction with client skill levels. 
  • Ensure risk assessment of activities prior to (sun screen, water etc)
  • Update team members and guardians on upcoming activities and needed funds to participate
  • Review paperwork/ outcomes to ensure documentation on activities are accurate and occurring as identified. 

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in running/ conducting activities. 
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
