Job DescriptionJob Description

A property management organization in Laguna Woods is looking for an Administrative Specialist to support their Maintenance department with the following duties:

  • Schedule appointments
  • Take messages and transcribe dictations into various documents (letters, reports, memos)
  • Maintains office files, post data to reports, compiles and computes data from files in preparing complex reports
  • Provide information to the public concerning rules, regulations and activities and directs individuals to proper locations for quick resolution of problems or issues
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of agendas, minutes and supporting materials for boards and committees

This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm and the pay is $20-$21/hour, depending on experience. 

We're seeking applicants who have previous experience with working in a busy office, answering phones, working with Microsoft Office software, and be able to type at least 50 words per minute. Company offers an excellent benefits package once hired on.
