Service Office / Dispatcher / CSR

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Plumbing Dispatcher. The Plumbing Dispatcher plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of plumbing service calls. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and a strong understanding of plumbing systems and terminology. Responsibilities:

  1. Receive incoming service requests via phone, email, or online platforms.
  2. Gather necessary information from clients, including their location, contact details, and plumbing issues.
  3. Assess the urgency and nature of each service call to determine appropriate scheduling and prioritization.
  4. Coordinate with plumbing technicians to assign and schedule service calls based on availability, expertise, and location.
  5. Maintain an organized schedule, ensuring optimal routing and minimizing travel time between service calls.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on the status of their service calls, including expected arrival times and any delays.
  7. Monitor technician progress throughout the day, making adjustments to the schedule as needed to accommodate emergencies or unexpected changes.
  8. Maintain accurate records of service calls, including client information, job details, and technician assignments.
  9. Assist in resolving any scheduling conflicts or customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Collaborate with other members of the dispatch team and management to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in plumbing or related fields is a plus.
  2. Previous experience in a dispatch or scheduling role, preferably in the plumbing or construction industry.
  3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and technicians.
  4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Proficiency with computer software and scheduling systems; experience with dispatch software is preferred.
  6. Knowledge of plumbing systems, terminology, and common issues is highly desirable.
  7. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, such as handling emergency service calls.
  8. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  9. A valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required, depending on the specific requirements of the role.
  10. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and positively representing the company at all times.

Construction Office / Construction CSR

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a New Construction Plumbing Office Worker. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our new construction projects, providing administrative support to ensure timely completion and high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with the preparation and organization of new construction plumbing project documentation, including permits, blueprints, contracts, and specifications.
  2. Coordinate communication between project managers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and timely resolution of issues.
  3. Maintain accurate records of project expenses, invoices, and payments, and assist with budget tracking and reporting as needed.
  4. Coordinate scheduling of inspections, deliveries, and subcontractor services to ensure smooth progression of construction activities.
  5. Assist with the procurement of materials and supplies, including obtaining quotes, placing orders, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely availability on site.
  6. Collaborate with the project team to track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, and provide regular updates on progress and potential delays.
  7. Prepare and distribute project-related correspondence, meeting minutes, and reports to stakeholders as directed by project managers.
  8. Assist in the preparation of project bids and proposals, including compiling relevant documentation and ensuring accuracy and completeness of submissions.
  9. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for project documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information as needed.
  10. Provide general administrative support to the construction team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting with other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Previous administrative experience in the construction industry, particularly in plumbing or related trades, is highly desirable.
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications; experience with construction management software is a plus.
  6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
  7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
  8. Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and documentation practices is advantageous.
  9. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive project information.
  10. Availability to work regular business hours, with occasional overtime or weekend work as needed to meet project deadlines.
