We are currently seeking to hire a Roofing Sales Manager to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue. This is a commission based role

Responsibilities:

  • Spends 50% of the time selling including: canvassing, networking, inspections, and adjuster meetings
  • Conducts training to ensure sales reps gain the knowledge to develop their sales and relationship skills
  • leads canvassing teams into neighborhoods hit by storms
  • Provides leadership that motivates the sales team to meet quotas
  • Holds weekly sales meetings to clarify processes, ensure accountability, and sharpen skills
  • Assists sales reps in following up on leads and managing their sales pipeline
  • Tracks sales reps activity via reports including inspections, signed deals, and adjustments
  • Conducts performance reviews and provides development plans for sales reps

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
  • Experience as a supervisor or manager
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to build rapport with clients

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to climb on Sloped and level roofs
  • Ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly
  • ability to respond quickly to sounds
  • ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
  • ability to see and respond to dangerous situations
  • ability to work in extreme weather
  • ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
  • ability to stand for 60-90 minutes
