Parts Specialist

Are you a mechanic with body aches? Are you looking to make a more comfortable change, but don’t want to leave the industry? We want to help you take the next step in your mechanical career.
We are looking for engine technicians who are interested in using their knowledge and experience to support our customers. We need employees who have worked on diesel engines and can provide the technical expertise our customers have come to expect.
If you do not have at least 5 years of experience working with diesel engines or parts you WILL NOT be considered for this position.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and process orders
- Utilize databases to look up parts
- Troubleshooting engines based on a customer description of a problem
- Discussing the use and features of various parts based on your knowledge of engines
- Create parts quotes
