Sales  Manager – Patient Engagement

 

HelloHealth is an innovative platform to enable medical practices and other healthcare facilities to create an amazing patient experience. As a single platform, HelloHealth has diverse features to modernize practices and take them to the next level. The Sales Manager position is an inside-out opportunity—it entails upstreaming patient engagement, telehealth, virtual check-in and patient health record access to patients of existing clients. After it is successfully rolled out, focus will be on understanding total market opportunity, identifying external clients involving partners and medical billing companies.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Hunter rep, avid self-lead generator leveraging marketing and sales lead gen tools
  • Manage a full sales cycle including prospect identification, qualification, demo & close
  • Exceed quota on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Continuously build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline – lead generation (including cold calling) required while also pursuing and managing leads provided by the marketing team.
  • Collaboratively work with other departments to design, plan, and implement a quality and needs-driven sales demonstration (to include determining sales/demo objectives and designing demo scenarios to meet practices internal and external requirements)
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers in a team selling environment
  • Maintain detailed notes on deal progress using HubSpot.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of prospects and customers

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
  • MUST have prior experience selling directly to medical practices, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Primarily a hungry and hunter sales professional who will make calls and make it happen.
  • Prior experience generating minimum of $1.5MM annual recurring revenue mostly through hunting type of sales.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop business relationships and opportunities through relationship building and influence at all levels.
  • A new customer acquisition sales mindset (versus account management) with evidence of exceeding sales quotas or other aggressive business goals for several years
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new information, follow designated methodologies.
  • Must have desire/willingness to adopt and execute on Sales KPI’s, lead generation and sales processes including cold calling activities
  • Outgoing, personable nature with excellent communication and rapport building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to uncover and access underlying business needs and develop compelling solution/sales messaging
  • Excellent influencing and communication/negotiation skills
  • High attention to details, diligent in documentation and very organized
  • Competitive drive, self-starter, resourceful, collaborative, and coachable
  • Strong software skills, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
