Applicants must have construction experience in at least one trade. Work includes digging footings, concrete & masonry, framing, drywall, painting, and many other trades. We will teach what you don't know.
You will work as part of a small team with a hands-on builder that has 37+ years of experience in the trades.
Applicants must have their own (reliable) transportation to get to and from jobs ranging in location from the Inland Empire to Lake Arrowhead and other mountain communities. NO EXCEPTIONS
A friendly demeanor, reliability, work ethic, good mechanical sense, follow-thru, and the ability to work independently ARE ALL NEEDED.
