Essential Job Functions:
· Must have previous customer service and call center experience. Requires sound knowledge of Word, Excel in addition to excellent communication skills.
· Use computer databases and information technology systems to research information needed to respond to and track the progress of responses to customer inquiries.
· Send escalation emails and create service requests for unresolved matters.
Duties:
· Handles Heavy Incoming Call Volume
