We are a Stone and Tile Fabricator/Installer mainly doing commercial work. Throughout Southern California
Role Description
This is a full-time Office Manager role located in San Bernardino, CA. As an Office Manager at Sample Tile and Stone, you will oversee daily operations and administrative tasks. Your duties will include managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will also help with HR activities, such as managing employee records and coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes. In addition, you will be doing labor reporting through LCPtracker and DIR and balancing Bank accounts as well as credit cards.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience in office management or a related field is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or a related field are a plus
- Being bilingual is a plus
