Position Overview:
As a Hair Extension Specialist at Divine Destiny Salon, you will be responsible for providing expert extension services to enhance and transform clients' hair. You will use your expertise in various extension methods to deliver beautiful, long-lasting results while maintaining the highest standards of client care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hair Extensions: Expertly apply, maintain, and remove a variety of hair extension types, including tape-ins, sew-ins, fusion, and micro-links.

  • Consultations: Conduct detailed consultations to assess clients' needs and recommend the best extension methods and styles.

  • Customization: Customize extensions to match clients' natural hair color, texture, and desired style, ensuring seamless integration.

  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest extension techniques, trends, and products to offer clients contemporary and high-quality services.

  • Client Care: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive salon experience.

  • Salon Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhere to salon protocols, and follow hygiene and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Licensure: Valid cosmetology license in Virginia.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience specializing in hair extensions.
