MANUAL CNC MACHINIST- Our top manufacturing client in Bethlehem, Pa is looking for a Manual CNC Machinist for their rapidly growing team.

As a Manual/ CNC Machinist you will perform a variety of machining practices involved in turning, milling, drilling, threading operations, etc. on turbomachinery components and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and quality requirements.

The right candidate will have experience programming the machine as well as operation of the machine.

Responsibilities of the Manual/ CNC Machinist:

  • Ability to problem solve all situations in a respectful and professional manner
  • Must be able to read and understand Blueprints and G-Code
  • Must be familiar with basic machining practices involved in turning, milling, drilling, threading operations.
  • Must be competent reading drawings and following instructions necessary to produce usable and saleable parts.
  • Must be able to hold tolerances as dictated by drawings, written instructions, or industry standards.
  • Must be proficient with the use of, the care of, and the calibration of all types of measuring devices (i.e. micrometers (OD and ID), dial calipers, dial indicators, etc.).
  • Must possess and provide basic tools required for the execution of the position of manual machinist.
