You’ll lead a digital team of customer support staff, leveraging your management expertise and knowledge of futures markets. Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a digital team of customer support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Intercom Expertise: Utilize communication tools like Intercom to streamline customer interactions, resolve issues, and enhance overall support efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement effective operational processes to improve customer service delivery.
- Knowledge of Futures Markets: Leverage your understanding of futures markets to guide the team in addressing customer inquiries related to trading, risk management, and market trends.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress toward customer service goals.
Qualifications:
- Prior Management Experience: Proven track record in managing teams and driving results.
- Futures Markets Knowledge: Familiarity with futures markets, including derivatives, commodities, and trading strategies.
