We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager at our Dallas Texas-located auto repair shop. With 8 locations in Georgia and Texas, there are always great opportunities to learn and to grow with us.
We want someone who can motivate our team and perform a range of managerial duties. Responsibilities include managing the sales process, organizing inventory, generating monthly reports, and communicating department goals. The ideal candidate for this position must have exceptional time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule customer appointments and update customer records.
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering customer inquiries.
- Supervise the automotive repair technicians, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
- Develop and oversee the shop's safety protocols and procedures.
- Manage inventory and ordered automotive parts.
- Monitor and maintain shop equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Resolve customer complaints, arrange repairs, and provide refunds.
- Train and evaluate new and current employees.
- Prepare and track shop expenses, including labor and parts.
- Analyze and report on shop performance and financial goals.
