SUMMARY: If you are a people person who enjoys working in a faced paced environment this is a great opportunity for you. In the Customer Service Department, we work as a team to provide excellent customer service in a professional, efficient, and timely manner. As a company we continue to evolve so that we may effectively support not only our customers but our employee's as well.

OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS:

  • Entering customer details and order specifications (alpha numeric)
  • Respond to various communications in a professional and courteous manner
  • Update records for reselections and/or rescheduled installs
  • Assist customers with order resolutions
  • Work harmoniously with others to ensure daily expectations are achieved
  • Adhere to confidentiality regulations
  • Proofread data and ensure accuracy

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED/College required
  • Ability to type 40 WPM preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and drive to succeed
