Overview:
Admin/Front Office Assistant Support management team to help them stay organized and completes
tasks that allow executives to focus on more advanced responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Filing, maintenance, and record-keeping of personnel files and documentation.
- Support internal, general administrative-related inquiries or requests
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of personnel files, documentation, and records.
- Track, create, and communicate engagement activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Organizing meetings for administrators
- Composing documents, managing calendars, sorting mail
- Answer phones (Including outbound calls upon request) / Respond to emails within a timely manner
Qualifications:
Must have strong attention to detail for continuous mental and visual attention
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook is a MUST
CSR experience in an office/professional setting
Able to work M-F, 8:30am-4:30pm
Basic computer skills required
Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions, to interpret document instructions and procedures
Ability to write legibly
Must have basic math skills
Language skills - English
Must be a Team Player
Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner
