This candidate will train in staff to learn all of the inner workings of our business. Once all of the positions are ,mastered, the position will include management and shift leadership training alongside the managers and may even develop into a management role. Join a leadership team that is committed to the training and development of its staff, offers clear and concise expectations, a chance to learn and develop your career, and has pride in being a part of all things "QUALITY". Do you love the restaurant business and are driven by helping others to do well and progress? Do you have at least 1 year of continuous employment and have at least 1 year of restaurant leadership? (training, shift lead, etc.) If so, Apply NOW Experience in both the front house and back of the house is always appreciated, but not required.

Ensures all team members are well-trained
Execute every day, flawless service to our valued guests
Utilize great leadership abilities to ensure our positive guest experience results in a profitable restaurant

Provide unequaled guest experience for every guest
Dedicated to motivating staff and challenging yourself to continually grow
Lead the team while managers meet, train, check-out staff, etc.
