Seeking a hard working, reliable Leasing Assistant to assist our Leasing Staff in a fast paced work environment.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Answering incoming phone calls and emails
  • Developing and implementing data into organized filing systems
  • Assisting Leasing Agents with applications, showings, move ins, move outs, and other daily administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields is preferred.
  • Must be neat and organized, able to follow management instructions and corporate policies.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be computer proficient
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast paced work environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Must be available to work on weekends
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Data Entry preferred
