Role Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
• Manage specific projects under the guidance of executive producers
• Project planning and execution, team coordination, time management, and liaising between executive producers and production teams
• Project lifecycle: support greenlight prep to onboard projects as they come down the pipe, primarily taking on projects once greenlit for production through to execution
• Work on immersive experiences that set the bar for the industry and push the boundaries of how our hardware and software platforms can be used
• Manage complex programs end-to-end and shepherd partners through the full development lifecycle from concept, production, QA, launch, and ongoing updates to drive growth once in-market
• Manage all project milestones and deliverables, coordinate and run stakeholder reviews, and deliver aligned feedback to ensure high quality, on time, on budget delivery of projects navigating complex trade-offs throughout
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across product, engineering, business development, store, marketing, & communications to ensure delivery of top-notch experiences that drive material business results for our Partners
• Contribute to the overall vision and strategy for the Apps Team ensuring that we are continuously learning and adjusting our approach
• Support Executive Producers and team leads generally, particularly in regards to team programs across verticals like education, work, and fitness & wellness

Performance Measurement:
• Project health and quality of projects shipped
• Performance of shipped apps according to MV Apps metric KPIs

Candidate Value Proposition:
The individual will be joining a team of ~15 people. The individual will have the opportunity to work on XR applications with world class developers and IP holders to ship experiences to millions of users on our platform. The ideal candidate will be working with seasoned producers, strategists, technologies, product managers, and 3P studios at the highest level. The individual will be exposed to immersive experience production within global XFN product organization, making the next generation of spatial computing devices and platforms.

The team holds weekly meetings and monthly cross-functional syncs. Ideal candidate will be creating amazing applications, working with highest caliber companies, studios and technologists. The individual will have the opportunity to be a part of high visible projects with the most talented people in the industry.

Must-Have Skills:
• 5+ years of production experience in games, media, entertainment, applications, electronics, technology/platform, early-stage internet/consumer technology companies
• Project management experience, managing milestones, high quality deliverables whilst navigating complex trade-offs
• Track record of working with world-class external brands, IP holders, developers, and production vendors
• Demonstrated experience with data-driven and qualitative decision-making
• Experience building partnerships across multiple internal cross-functional groups and external developers
• Experience leading external-facing partner ("client" type) conversations and internal stakeholder engagement—balancing conceptual, technical, and business-oriented discussions efficiently and effectively

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Deep understanding of general development pipelines for 3D applications and real-time experiences like XR games and apps
• Familiarity with the emerging XR content ecosystem, broader market landscape, and development tools & processes
• Experience contributing to developer ecosystems, platforms, stores, policies, platform terms of service
• Experience working in hardware & software products & services, particularly in the consumer education, formal education, or enterprise space

Educational Requirements:
• Degree in related field preferred (interactive tech, product management, etc.)
