Online Services Coordinator

This position provides a great opportunity for a friendly, outgoing, self starter that requires minimal supervision. A person that will work hard to make customers happy, has a high degree of accuracy, is capable to multitask and stay on top of things in a high paced environment. The ideal candidate has good interpersonal skills and works well with others, is punctual, accurate, honest and has strong communication skills (both verbal and written). This position requires working from a desk about 50% of the day using a computer and phone for ordering, communicating with customers and vendors, collecting order data and maintaining online contracted e-commerce stores. The rest of the day is spent preparing and packing orders in the warehouse and helping teammates get work completed by doing a variety of everchanging tasks. Requires good computer skills to include working in multiple software programs as well as the internet on a Windows PC. Good grammar and spelling to communicate accurately. Strong typing skills to enter order data quickly and efficiently. Dress is business to business casual.
