Accounting Assistant

Specialty Construction Subcontractor located in Springfield, NJ. We are looking for a self-motivated and organized individual to receive, process, verify and reconcile vendor invoices. Eligible candidate will also charge expenses to accounts, ensure credits are received when applicable, review and verify expense reports, along with various other accounts payable duties.
The ideal candidate will need to be bilingual, self motivated, energetic and professional. Also needed is the ability to take directions and work as part of a team.
