Job Role: Shipping and Receiving Manager for Fluid Path Products

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Incoming Shipments: Oversee the processing of all incoming shipments, ensuring they are handled efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage Outgoing Shipments: Supervise the packaging and dispatching of outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and correct deliveries.
  • Direct Package Flow: Organize and direct the flow of packages to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Inspect Orders: Conduct inspections of completed orders to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Supervise Team: Lead and supervise the shipping and receiving team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Label Management: Create and print labels for shipments, ensuring all labels are accurate and properly applied.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous, ensuring all shipping documentation and labels are accurate.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Deadline Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
