Property Manager - Affordable Housing

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of relevant experience in apartment leasing, office, or management.
  • Passion for affordable housing and community well-being.
  • Familiarity with tax credit/Section 42 and HUD/project-based Section 8 compliance.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and presentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,000.00 per year
