Community Director - Regional Real Estate Company - Base Salary to 69k/year - Asheville, NC

  • Our client, is a real estate organization that has a market rate property in Asheville, NC that they are looking to hire a new Community Director to oversee.  The majority of the property is leased with tenant renewals coming monthly.  The Community Director will work with onsite staff and report to the Regional Property Manager.   

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage staff, operations and financial performance of your community
  • Be the primary representative onsite to residents, vendors and employees
  • Be the positive leader of your team
  • Constantly learn and search for ways to improve your business
  • Think creatively and go way beyond the box by conceptualizing new ideas to improve the business
  • Be an effective listener who offers helpful solutions
  • Possess great energy, enjoy challenges, and constantly set and reach new goals
  • Successfully execute company’s non-negotiables for community performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred or experience equivalent
  • 3+ years’ experience working in property management specifically in market rate multi-family
  • Knowledge of Yardi Property Management Software is a plus

Compensation:

  • Base salary in the 65k – 69k/year range, plus other bonus opportunities
  • Medical benefits, PTO and 401k
