What You'll Do:
You will assist with a variety of tasks in preparation for apartment turn season. This person will offer support to our leasing and maintenance teams to ensure our residents have the best possible experience living in our communities. This is a temporary, non-exempt position, reporting to the Property Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide support and assistance to all customer service efforts at the community.
Provide exceptional service to current, future, and past residents.
Assist in the turnover process in all units.
Assist with office duties such as greeting prospects, providing tours and execution of the lease agreement or related move-in paperwork.
Completes other tasks as directed and assigned.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and write English fluently.
Basic computer skills required.
