Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring resolution within a timely manner.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the customer service database.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
