Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching First Aid, CPR & AED courses and BLS for Healthcare Provider Courses across our multiple locations. This role requires a dependable individual with a passion for emergency care training and a commitment to delivering high-quality instruction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct First Aid, CPR & AED and BLS Healthcare Provider Courses to diverse groups of participants.
· Deliver engaging and effective instructional presentations and hands-on practice sessions.
· Assess and evaluate participants’ performance to ensure comprehension and proficiency.
· Travel to various locations as needed to deliver training courses. Reliable transportation is essential.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as an American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor.
· Instructor certification in First Aid, CPR & AED and BLS Healthcare Provider. If you lack the BLS instructor certificate, you can easily obtain it by bridging into it through the American Red Cross.
· Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
· Reliable transportation to travel to multiple locations.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to adapt and respond to changing schedules and locations as needed.
