Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage roofing projects with precision and expertise.

- Handle a variety of roofing applications, including metal roofing, tile roofing, asphalt shingle, TPO, torch-down, and other common roofing systems.

- Precise ordering of materials for each project and communication of their deliveries.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of residential roofing systems.

- Ensure safety protocols of on-site team are being upheld according to the standards of the company and OSHA.

Qualifications:

- Minimum five years of proven experience in roofing.

- Familiarity with various roofing applications, including metal, tile, asphalt shingle, TPO, torch-down, etc.
