We are seeking a skilled and reliable Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing various types of fences, including residential, commercial, and industrial fencing. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in various weather conditions, and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

 

Responsibilities

  • Installation: Measure and mark fence layout areas, dig post holes, and install fencing materials such as wood, vinyl, chain link, and metal fences.

  • Maintenance and Repair: Inspect existing fences, identify repair needs, and perform necessary maintenance to ensure fence longevity and durability.

  • Material Handling: Safely load, transport, and unload fencing materials and equipment to and from job sites.

  • Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to understand their fencing needs and provide professional recommendations and solutions.

  • Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up necessary tools and equipment.

  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.

Requirements

  • Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively;

  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including Texas heat;

  • Physical stamina and strength for lifting and carrying heavy fence materials, 75+ pounds or more;

  • Positive attitude and ability to accept coaching is a must

  • Experience in fence installation required

  • Premium skills in construction, carpentry, and welding are highly valued

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Fence Installer or similar role.

  • Skills: Proficient in using hand and power tools, ability to read and interpret blueprints, and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, digging, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and high-quality installations.

  • Communication: Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.

  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
