- Processing invoices daily
- Follow up with clients on the remittance invoices for payment
- Accounts Receivable and collections
- Accounts Payable process
- Issue credit memos when required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail, focussed and not distracted
- Professionalism, maturity
- Professional dress attire
- Fluent in English/Spanish
- Good problem solving skills with solution based results
- Troubleshoot payments and invoices
- Answer phones when Front Desk/Receptionist is out for lunch or for the day.
