  • Supervise Subordante document control staff 
  • Significant experiment in Captial Construction projects
  • Maintain and manage project filing of all contract documents
  • Date Stamps the received material, log the material in the pertinent log (software program, logbook, etc.) so that th project will always have record of material was first received and distributed to all parties
  • Keep file of the most recent version of the stick set of contract documents
  • Distribute to all contractors, addendums, and bulletins as they come in.
  • Receive, log, and distribute all contractor/ vendor submittals that require approval
  • Order any drawings, specifications, and other contract documents from the projects printer as required ands sure correct billing per accounts.
  • Coordinate the mailing of all packages (via UPS, Fedex, etc) from the project office that are not directly mailed by the printer
  • Experience working in sharepoint and systems working with E-builder 
  • AT LEAST 10 - 15 YEARS MIN
